Don’t live here! I have for two years because I don’t have much of a choice but maintenance is horrible they take way to long to fix issues in the apartments. It took months of me and another neighbor complaining until they put cameras after a disgusting individual was exposing himself, looking in our windows and popping our tires. First off I received my keys on a Friday came to inspect unit and there was several visible issues but I did not see as emergencies to get resolved. Saturday when I was initially moving into unit, I attempted to turn on the stove, there was a gas leak from the faulty stove that the technician from gas company even stated and deemed unsafe because he could tell it was pieces from other stoves and somewhat “Frankensteined” to the stove I currently have in the unit. This property is a wonderful place. I had a 2 bedroom apartment here and it was amazing. The manger is very communicative and helpful. Greatly recommend.
