Excelente condominios, tengo 6 años viviendo aquí y nunca he tenido ningún tipo de inconvenientes. El servicio es muy atento a la hora de cualquier reparación, a pesar de no tener puertas eléctrica para el acceso de los carros es muy tranquilo y seguro. Aún mantiene muy buenos precios a diferencia de muchos lugares en la misma zona. La piscina siempre está limpia.
I've wanted to provide a rating for this place for four years, and was initially concerned for any retaliation they may provide. I no longer live there, because the property managers are extortionists. I've noticed after the second year and lease renewal, they started adding egregious costs and fees that were either not discussed or added to the lease payment. This place is an absolute nightmare. The office is a joke — especially Lottey, who never replies to emails or answers the phone. The maintenance guys are beyond unprofessional. One of them walked into my kitchen and grabbed a paper towel without asking, the other washed his hands in my sink right next to my baby’s bottles, and they left the entrance filthy after they were done. Lived in this complex from January 2024 - January 2025 in the 384 sq ft studio. Overall , I hated it. The unit wasn’t updated. There were dents in every kitchen appliance, which were all super old. There were even dents in my front door?? Constantly had roaches wandering into my apartment. I was paying around 1600 a month, even though my rent was supposed to be in the 1300’s, they add major fees on to your rent so you will be paying a lot more than you initially anticipate.
