Eric and his team were flat out amazing and made our dream backyard become reality. From the start, Eric was attentive, transparent, and knowledgeable while listening to what we wanted. I was planning to build a pool for quite some time but was very anxious to start such a big project and kept postponing it. Finally, last year, I became serious about it and had contacted all the pool builders in the IE and had 5 or 6 quotes. However, right away, Eric and his company stood out from the rest. This company deserves five stars across-the-board. They are a family based and a pure referral based company, Eric is by far one of the best project managers we have worked with and we have done many projects to our home. Building a pool was probably the most expensive/scariest projects we decided to do, however, when Eric came to take a look at the property he was so easy to talk to, he was non-threatening there was absolutely no pressure, and I immediately felt like I trusted him off the bat. UPDATE - May 7, 2024 Eric Dumani reached out to us after reading the review I posted. He came out and documented all of the items that were in my original post. Eric validated our concerns and told us he and his company would take care of our issues and has done so. I wish things had gone much better from the beginning, but I’m grateful that Eric has rectified everything. Because of this I have changed my rating from 2 to 5!
