We went there when my father died and the funeral director name Olivia was horrible she does not make arrangements good changes what we agree we had a service without out my father like a no funeral for him he was not ready and the. I a told her a what happened. And she pinched my wrist hard cause she didn’t want the other family to listen and then the news papers local in our town was looking for her and she said she was off but didn’t leave nobody in charge and we paid so much money

My mother passed away suddenly and my family and I were looking for a funeral home that fit with what my mother would have wanted. Catherine was such a blessing with Jennifer and liliana. Catherine was so professional and did everything she could to give the family a great funeral service for our beloved mother. This was the most perfect beautiful service for my son. The team at Sunset Northwest are the most compassionate caring wonderful loving people. From the first step in the door Frank made my family and myself the mother of a lost child feel everything would be as we would want. HE NEVER was pushy rushed or most of all uncaring. I want to take the time to thank all the staff members from Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, they all were very helpful, on getting my mom’s service ready, they provided with things we needed to have a memorable, nice funeral service for our mother. They made us feel comfortable, love, care, very understanding. I am very grateful & thankful to all staff members I highly recommend this beautiful, welcoming place. my family members were very well pleased with their service..EXCELLENT!!!!
