I went to get a basic manicure, they were not packed but all three people were with customers and I was comfortable waiting. After about 5mins the receptionist insisted that I have a seat, I didn’t think anything of it as being in a nail shop everyone knew how to do nails. I showed him a picture of the design I wanted, which was a simple chrome french tip and he followed up with “sure”. First he began filing too rough and even caught my skin a few times. My nails look horrible. Techs couldn’t do simple nail designs. A kid would have did a better job. Wouldn’t waste my money nor time here if it was the last nail salon open.
They really need to close down! Only one nail tech
