I have been getting my dodge charger serviced here for 5 years and never had an issue until now. Took my car to get new tires at a reputable tire shop and the technician could not get my lug nuts loosened off. He said my god idk what they did but I cannot get them to budge. If your thinking about buying from here then buyer beware. I traded in a truck and bought a rand new truck. All there looking for is that quick sale. They did all my paperwork super quick and as I showed them it was like an inconvenience to point out there mistake. After that was fixed I waited a month and a half and no registration. I called 2 different times and got different excuses so after 2 months I went to the BMV where they said that no paperwork was done at all on transferring my plates or the registration itself. I don’t even want to give this place 1 star. They sold me a car last year that I end up changing the spark plugs every two months in. Ed was the guy who sold the car to me. Found out he’s no longer there, hmmmmm I wonder why. I couldn’t take this shitmobile anymore so I called last week and spoke to Robbie who told me they would take it back and I couldn’t trade it in. I wish I could give them a good review but I can't. I bought two Volkswagen tiquans in spring of 2025. One was sold with a non working phone unit for a 2024 model ie... couldn't connect to smartphone. That's my fault I should've tried everything before I left just didn't expect a 1 year old car to be faulty. It took 5 trips and about 10 to 12 hours of my time to get it fixed.
