First off, outdated trailers, black mold, electrical problems and much more. The landlord told you if you didn't like the conditions of the house just to move out. Now they just sold the property giving everybody two months time just to find a new place to live. If I could give this place negative Stars that's what it would be.
Park was recently purchased and is in process of evicting everyone and is about to be demolished.

My thing is they need to update the phone number for Sunset Mobile Park so people who are trying to become new comers can get the information they need. Also updating more recent pictures of not just the lake but the park as well.
