There's a new manager that's been doing a fabulous job at cleaning this place up! I think by the time she's done, it will be a great place to call home. For this reason I changed my post and am giving it 4 stars!
We moved here about 6 months ago, right when the new owners took over. At first, everything was good. They repaved the parking lot, and everyone got assigned 2 parking places per trailer, and we were told that we could only have 2 vehicles per trailer, but there are a lot of people that have more than 2 vehicles per trailer and there is no visitor parking or over flow parking and you can not park out on the street in front of the park because the city of Dallas has signs posted every few feet saying that you can't park there... read more
We moved here about 2 months ago and the first few weeks was alright but now every weekend the guy across the street plays his Spanish style music so loud that I can not hear my own t.v.! Talked to the manager but nothing has changed! And now the last 5 mobile homes have been rented and every weekend now along with the loud music is a bunch of construction going on. I know the construction will be over soon enough but the rude people that have no respect for anyone living around them, I wish would learn some respect
I called for information. They’re rude on the phone and unprofessional.
