This place is a rip off, and I say this because they had my car for a month and 10 days and I kept getting in contact with them. They told me they had to do 2 diagnosis on my car and it was going to cast me 430 dollars so I paid that . Sunset Mitsubishi of Auburn is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I went to the dealer in NJ for nine years and never had a problem. Ten days ago I went into dealership with a problem with my front drivers-side window. It would not go up. Baily, the service tech, came out to look, pressed the button a few times, and told me it was my Switch Assembly. They did not have this in stock, and sent me to Parts Department. If you're looking for help and service especially from Mitsubishi, go to the one 15 minutes up the road in Renton ! This place was disgusting. Not the atmosphere, but the people. When you first walk in no one will greet you, they will just look at you and continue moving. When they do speak to you, after waiting for a good 8 minutes they will severely lack customer service skills, have an attitude with responses that will inherently make you not even want you to do business with them. Horrible Service! They have had my daughters car for 1 5 months for a warrenty transmission issue. She had to pay over 1000 in rentals because they claimed to not have one until I confronted them . Then gave her a car that barely starts and has expired tags!!!
