I've tried to order a headstone for my husband. I tried right after he was buried , but so much drama. I tried again five years ago and again more drama and confusion. I'm sad that ten years later, getting grave markers has not improved. Someday I'll have a beautiful marker for him but it's been so difficult that I just haven't bee able to deal with the staff.
All confidence in this place is gone. They have such poor communication skills. At a difficult time in someone’s life burying a loved one and purchasing a marker for a gravesite, you would think they’d be experienced at the process, but they seem to not know what in the world they are doing from one person to the next. Truly disappointing.
I recently purchased a headstone for my brother, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating and deeply upsetting. After being quoted a price, I was later told the cost had increased by over $1,000 after partial payment was already in process. A manager eventually corrected this, but the fact that it happened at all is unacceptable. 2 years ago I asked a question then the answer was yes I called today and the older lady who answered the phone was rude and disgustingly said no! And hung up!! It was a symbolic sentimental request of my gpa! But bc it wasn’t her norm she rudely before even asking someone else said no! The only difference that changed from 2 years ago to now is the lady I spoke with on the phone!
