My experience at Sunset was horrible compared to the funeral home we used for my father-in-law just recently. Everything was so stressful at Sunset we couldn't grieve. They didnt do my mother's hair, she looked nothing like she could have. The wrong music was played during the service but everyone sang over it. We received the memory book and several of the pictures were rotated. Everything felt like it was being rang up on the calculator waiting for the final bill to be taken. Pressured into "PACKAGES". The funeral home was very clean and the people were very nice. If you must be in such a place, they made it as comfortable as possible.
They were very kind to me when I went to be with my daughter. On mother's day they handed me a apple pie and a carnation. Very nice place.
