Update: Once I got home I realized I had been overcharged by over $100 (the online booking system required $100 deposit at the time of booking that was not credited on my final bill). I called immediately, got voicemail, and left a detailed message requesting a refund of the difference. I also reached out via their website's contact form. I was nervous to get the treatment because I don't like pain, but Rahda was very comforting and skilled and made sure I knew what was happening and even gave me a mini fan to keep my face cool. Afterwards she made sure I had a at home care kit with a little ice bag and some creams. Everyone in the office was so nice and accommodating and made sure I was offered tea and water and treats.

It was my first time going to Jamie for Letybo, she was warm, friendly and explained everything really well. I have had great results from my previous treatments at Sunset Medspa, and plan on returning!

Maya is fantastic! I get microdermabrasion treatments, and she does an absolutely phenomenal job. She customizes each treatment based off of what my skin is doing at the time, and adjusts the products she uses as well. My skin always looks 10x better after my treatments. Highly recommend!
