Poor place to live. Property manager is rude and unprofessional. None of the repairs are done correct or in a timely manner. Apartments are overpriced and water bill doubles each month with no explanation. Rented for 3 years and finally left as well as all other long term tenants after rent kept increasing and they started charging to park in the building lot although zero street parking is available. The living experience is not worth the money they are asking you to spend!
Great apartments, amazing landlord, other tenants are quiet and friendly, the only bad one is moving out next month, so that's not a problem anymore. Overall great apartment complex in a good location.
