If you value your car RUN AWAY. I took my 2019 Kia stinger in for its normal 45,000 mile inspection on Friday, September 12. Mind you I had no prior issues and no prior lights on my dash before I took it in when I took it in 24 hours after my appointment my check engine light came on after the service advisor. Told me all of my test and my engine check lights are normal and good. Now I am told I have to do another $200 diagnostics after I paid $800 to do the whole inspection to see what is wrong. Dawn was very good. knowledgeable and perceptive. When we asked a question she didn't know the answer for she found out. She took over for Eric who I had been communicated with over the previous week but was tied up with another customer. I can't say the same for the rude gum chewing / mumbling finance guy that kept as waiting over two hours after we were asked to come back as a specific time.
