Very rude. We have taken our animals here a few times now and every time overcharging is an issue. The man we talked to was very rude. We have finally decided to stop going here.

They took us in (Chloe and Bailey) on very short notice when Daddy and Granma had to suddenly leave town due to a death in our family. We love you guys! WOOF!
