I would recommend this place to anybody that wants professional work which is hard to come by today. They deliver what they say they will, they have never let me down yet in 6 years
They overchargeyou for minor things that needed to be repaired in a place that you've lived there for 3 1/2 years and when something breaks they blame it on a act of God so they can justify raising our rent
I have been dealing with Sunset Realty and Property Management for over ten years. It is run by a highly professional woman. If there is anyone that is more fair and morally conscious , I would have to meet him/her to believe it! The job of the property manager Is to carry out the wishes of the owner of the house that is being rented.
