The office is clean and well decorated. The employees are very nice and helped my grandmother understand the application. There are 2 seperate complexes, each offers ample parking. about sunset hill apts i like the sunset hill apts cause they go by your income. and all you have to pay is the electric. but now there trying to give you a curfew on what time you have to be in your apt. and i don't think that's cool.
