RecommendedThe lovely people at Sunset had been treating my friends dog for a leg injury and on Monday they helped her to let him go when he succumbed to complications from a recently diagnosed cancer. I was touched how they let my friend stay as long as she needed after he passed peacefully away and how many of the staff stopped by to give him a pat to say goodbye once he had gone.
Maybe someone can help me understand this. I emailed Sunday night to get an appt for my dog for stem cell therapy. I called Monday afternoon after not hearing back about the days I put down for appts. They told me someone would call Monday evening or Tuesday morning. Tuesday @ 1 pm I called because I still never heard from them, no phone call or VM. She told me they tried, and the person who would call back was at lunch but would call back when she got back from lunch. Called again at 5:10 pm, because I still haven't heard... read more
Highly recommend for anyone in search of a veterinary team to trust with your pet. We have taken two of our dogs here for rehab and for routine care. From reception, to the techs/assistants, to the doctors, our experiences have been seamless. Everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and great communicators. Extremely grateful to have found them.
Dr. Lamb and all of her staff helped my beautiful dog, Sophie, when she was diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy. They helped give her more time with us and for that I am forever in their debt!
Very sweet and kind. Love the one on one time they spent with my boy. Our first visit we sat on the carpeted floor while the vet allowed Boy to feel comfortable......this was our home away from home
