I've rented a unit here for the last few years while traveling, and haven't had a single complaint. The office staff have all been incredibly helpful each time I've switched units, keep the building and grounds well cared for, and are very friendly. Not the least expensive storage units out there, but I've found the cost worth my money thus far!
This is one of the nicest facilities I have ever been to with great rental rates! The managers, Elizabeth and David are very professional and friendly and I have referred several friends and family to them and if I ever need storage again, this is definitely where I am going!
When our son found this place, he kept telling us to check it out. So finally we did, and what a pleasant surprise! Elizabeth who I think manages the place is pretty awesome! She's always available to help, and answer questions. We moved our stuff from one storage unit which was several miles away, but with the use of a free moving truck it was easy! The prices here are very good, and it's a super clean place. We are very happy that we found Sunset Highway Self Storage!
They are very clean,I love that they are very helpful,explain every thing to you, they also work with you if you are going to be late.They are the most reasonable in prices. I have rented from them for about 2 1/2 years now and Elizabeth and Eli are very good people if you have a problem that you may need help with.
As someone who travels for work and moves around a lot. I dont remember Not having at least 1 or 2 units submulntaiously in different timezones in a past decade or so nor do i remember feeling like I was storing my things in some Skeptical Starnger's personal room, who surely will look after them without looking at them.
