We needed a simple repair of our unit (just 7 years old). They made us stay home a whole day without showing up. The next day we got a scary story about a leak as well as a sales pitch to buy a $10,000+ new unit. We decided to go for a replacement of the capacitator. We were charged $450 which is just too much. On top of this he left our furnace with the filters taken out. Jason Looney came out to check on our electrical panel which a neighbor had said was a hazard and needed replaced, and a couple other things. He was super thorough, he pinpointed the exact problems. Turns out the panel itself is good, but there are some adjacent things that could use updating. All of it came out to a fraction of the cost but he was honest and realistic. He was also very understanding of our old crotchety dog, inviting him to supervise. Thanks Jason!

The place looks nicely decorated and thought that food would be the same. Once they brought the food, it was not up to standard compared to other Mexican restaurants. Refined beans were so runny, and it was only just 2 table spoons and less meat and rice. Food is not worth the money that they charge. I would suggest that in order for your business to succeed, please improve the serving size and the quality of the food.
Juan was so nice and knowledgeable. I think he went above and beyond. This is the second time I have used Sunset for maintaining my furnace and heat pump. I really appreciate the quality of your technicians In the future I will request Juan to help when needed. So professional and polite.
