Whenever you contract for services there is always hesitancy because. you just don't know. However, I was more than satisfied with the installation of my heater. It wasn't just the installation, it was also the customer care. I had no heat and the owner assured me before the holidays I would have heat. He kept his word. I am extremely happy with the service from the sales person to the installers. They were all so professional and kind. Not only were they on time and very professional but they helped me on a personal level when I needed help due to my back pain. I couldn't be more impressed with the service and I am not easily impressed.
John arrived on time and immediately got to work. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. John's attention to detail was impressive, and he did not leave until he was sure that my furnace was working perfectly. I appreciate the excellent service that John provided and will definitely be using this company again in the future.
Our AC was leaking refrigerant and wasn't coiling the house. Called Sunset Heat And Air Conditioning and they offered to inspect the leak and found a leak in the coil so ended up just replacing the coil whereas others recommend to replace the whole Unit. They also told me that the coil was under warranty and I just would have to pay the labor cost.
