TLDR: made appointment almost one month ago and they called me day before to cancel I called them because they showed up on website as a podiatrist. I called and they said they accepted new customers and , made an appointment and waited. The day before my appointment, they called me and said they’re cancelling my appointment because they don’t accept my insurance. So I waited almost a month for them to cancel last minute and now I. Must wait another month somewhere else

The health professionals like Np and N A are nice but the receptionist lady is very unprofessional. She tried to give me medical advice when I try to make an appointment there. She even asked to see my test documents when I tried to make an appointment. The receptionist told me even with breakfast I can still do the blood test!?!! Really?! If that’s the case why people are always ask to do the blood test with an empty stomach?!!
