Waited a whole hour to see the provider
I’ve been a patient there for the last 14 yrs and every time I have called to get an appointment I get one but now lately they are coming up with stupid excuses to not see their patients, I tried calling today at 7:30 am to get a same day appointment and none of the two providers I see have anything available, and now they are telling me that they don’t do same day appointment it’s only cancellation request appointment. I was upset because the front desk ladies were being rude when i called to schedule my appointment come to find out the front desk doesnt answer calls, there is a call center in yuma that answers ALL the calls. When i showed up to the clinic in person the front desk ladies were super helpful and nice. They apologized even though they are not the ones who answer the calls. very good work and friendly staff all around
