Delays during rush hour breakfast is so understandable but 1hr for our food to get to us and having to chase someone down to make sure we had cutlery, napkins or to get clean cups for water shouldn't be such a hassle. I know the people working were short 1-2 ppl so idk why is the management isn't doing anything?? I had hair in my food and that doesn't even count as the worst part of the experience

Closed and has been for a few weeks now, no notice on door nothing!!
Food was cold. Service slow. Was not worth the $31.00. Pur and Simple much better.
Food was delicious, place was awesome.
