We ordered anticipating a bit of a wait due to the fact that it was busy. BUT we waited for an hour after we ordered and the waitress never once came to say anything after our order was taken. We watched as other people left without their food and the cook put it back on the grill for the next person (after it had been plated and the waitress told them the customer had left). We have visited the London location a couple of times now and have had a wonderful experience. Sherly was our waitress and has consistently been friendly and our orders 100% correct. Complements to the chefs. Especially on the eggs florentine, Philly steak sandwich, strawberry waffles and pancakes :)
I think Izzy is the best waitress ever. She’s efficient, warm, polite, and welcoming. She was always happy to accommodate with just a natural pleasant person with nothing artificial about her. The place is clean, and well maintained, fast service and for me, it’s the best place to go for breakfast.
