Either this company has shady business practices, or they employ people who do side jobs. The guy wanted the check written in his personal name rather than use the company's name provided on the invoice. After we refused, he provided another invoice with this company name and added taxes on top of a price we already agreed upon (initial quote was hundreds of dollars over another bid). I do not trust companies who work like this.

Juan is nothing but helpful and I had such a positive experience with my sliding glass door replacement in my condo. I felt the pricing was reasonable, he communicated with service times etc. I would refer him to my friends and family!

Ivan and his team did great work. They were easy to communicate with, very kind and it was overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

Muy mal servicio el sr juan quedo de ir a reparar una ventana y no fue ay que estar atrás de él buscándolo para que realice el trabajo para que luego mande a su hermano aparte de que sus precios son altos yo tenia años trabajando con el pero al parecer su prioridad ya no son los clientes ni su satisfacción!! Es una pena que haya tan poca gente trabajando el glass en pasadena

I’ve worked with Juan and Sunset Glass for years on multiple projects and even referred them to family and friends because the work was always solid and punctual in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I hired them to re-caulk my bathroom tub and tile. The appointment was cancelled twice, and when the technician finally came, he showed up more than 2 hours late. This caused me to lose work time.
