Sunset Gardens West can only be described as badly run, mismanaged piece of land, Management has closed up the games room, while renting it out to outside parties for their use in whatever they want, they have "No Parking" signs all over the streets of the park, yet the "manager" lets anyone who wants to to park anywhere in the streets, some very narrow"17" feet wide streets are literally blocked for any emergency vehicles.
