I lived here for a year before moving out of state and to be honest if I was not relocating I would have renewed my lease. The pricing is fair and the apartments are nice and quiet. My son really enjoyed the pool and seeing deer and bunny rabbits daily!! Cindy the property manager is a gem, very responsive and fair. When the government was shut down it affected my pay and when I contacted her she was more than helpful assisting me with navigating how to prevent an eviction. We’ve lived here coming up on a year and have been really pleased. The management and maintenance teams are super helpful and I’m super pleased with our neighbors - kind, clean, and thoughtful. The setting is very nice - we are surrounded by trees and yard in a relatively safe spot. The bathroom configuration for 1.5 baths is a little odd and the buildings are older. That having been said, the appliances and floors have been updated in our apartment. Some of them even more so.
