Not a good place to stay walls are thin when it’s starting getting hot roaches come out and they don’t let you view the place before you sign your lease they hiring dudes off the street to come work in your house DONT MOVE THERE ITS A GOOD MOVE !!!!
We have lived here for 2 years And we love it. Have not had any problems. Manager Kimberly, is very nice and personal. Work orders are done in a professional timely manner.would highly recommend this apartments.
Just a big thank you to thank the honest people here, that is really hard to find honest information about landlords (Yelp isn't cutting it) and it seems that the majority of them here in Sacramento are indeed slumlords, puzzling that CA would vote against rent control. I'm a disabled person on a fixed income, and I've had a really hard time finding housing here, and I need heat and repairs in a timely way and I pay my rent, and I'm really tired of being treated like garbage by slumlords please, I need my luck to change, I'm... read more
