I have been a resident for over 5 years. I would have to say that they are the worst when it comes to repairing the apartments, my kitchen floor is torn up and I was promised a new floor last year -never came through. Mind you , we are hard working citizens and we always pay our rent on time. The old metal closet doors fall off on top of you when you open them, my ceiling leaks, kitchen is outdated and bathrooms still have those ugly porcelain sinks from the 1900s.
