After Hurricane Ian I brought my truck here and since then there’s been nothing but problems, they broke my front driver fender flare and instead of fixing it they put double sided tape on it hoping that would fix the problem, I have the paint with many defects, and there is also many spots where they did not prep right or something so it’s peeling, just washed my truck and more spots started peeling all from places that are not affected by rock chipping as I expect paint to chip and peel when you get rock chips. My experience with “Sunset Garage Auto Works” totally surpassed my expectations!! When being assisted by Yadira, it was a stress free, relaxing, and efficient visit. I got my 2013 Toyota Corolla essentially entirely redone exteriorly. Coming in with a dented passenger door, smashed bumper, torn out grill, and paint chipping left and right, I received a brand new looking car!! Mind you, ahead of schedule (less than a week). Auto body repair and total body paint job was great. My granddaughter thought she got a new after work was completed. Job was finished ahead of schedule. The price was about a thousand dollar less compared to their competitors written estimate.
I wouldn't recommend this business because they don't stand behind their warranty. I had my 1986 F-150 supposedly restored, charged 16,000 and a 1 year warranty. The work was that of an ameture, I got my truck back last July on a wrecker and spent 2 months fixing what they didn't. I was told it would take 4 months but they said it was done 2 months after they got it. There was rust coming through the paint when I got it back. But the company refused to redo the job.
Best customer service, quality warranty. Sunset has work several times on my cars and every time they deliver on time and everything looking like new
