My interactions with staff were very professional when my dad passed away. Brennan handled everything wonderfully, balancing timing and paperwork to fit our schedules as best possible. I can't imagine shopping around for a funeral home, so I'm very grateful for such a good experience.
I don’t know how I feel about them! We decided to use them for my brother’s cremation. The initial meeting went ok, I wish the lady would have made more suggestions, maybe she was new. I felt like I was bothering them for information constantly, instead of feeling like I was in the loop. Then came the death certificates. The staff was the best with which to work. Jody Buffalo was such a precious compassionate lady. She brought my family such comfort. I highly recommend them. They go the extra mile and way beyond. I had heard good things about Sunset and I saw they were deserving of the them.
