The staff was the best with which to work. Jody Buffalo was such a precious compassionate lady. She brought my family such comfort. I highly recommend them. They go the extra mile and way beyond. I had heard good things about Sunset and I saw they were deserving of the them.

We were in need of a funeral home when our loved one unexpectedly passed. My family and I were from out of town so we didn’t have any recommendations, so we googled some places. They are the sweetest, most caring people . I have never been more sure about and once doubted , if I picked the right place for my dad. After almost 5 years we needed an additional keepsake urn. They were able to order it and were amazing over the phone just as good as they were in person years ago . They are simply amazing not to mention the place is beautiful and kept to a high standard , so are all employees . Simply the BEST!

I chose Sunset because of its wonderful reputation. My oldest sister and brother in law were at Sunset in Danville. Jody was so kind and thoughtful in the Champaign Sunset Funeral Home. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt comforted and that Steve would be treated with utmost respect and care. Thank you Sunset for making this terrible time in my life a little easier.

Helen had "pre-need" arrangements with Sunset. When she passed, Sunset was ready to execute her wishes that included a local memorial/ celebration of life service and a graveside service 150 miles away. At every turn Sunset staff were kind, respectful and always ready to accommodate our needs.
