I called to let them know I have an issue with my 2018 Ford Escape. The touch screen has failed to power on 3 times in the past week. I’ve had this vehicle LESS than a YEAR and am UNDER 36,000 miles. Yet I was told it may not be covered under the 3 year/36000 mile warranty.
