I have just experienced the most unsafe experience of my life at a florist!! All I had done was asked the female owner of the store about some advice on the cherry blossom branches and the maintenance of them, as they were gorgeous and I was VERY. interesting to purchase them she became very rude and aggressive. I am a regular at Sunset flowers. Well, as regular as I can be… Wendy and the team are always so lovely and helpful and I always leave with the highest level of quality. I wish I have more photos of the example of their work to showcase, but I enjoy them when I have them and forget to take photos. Most recently, I dropped off some small bases and asked for a simple this little design for them as a centrepiece to a Christmas lunch table. And Wendy was perfect, helpful and so lovely! Very disappointed! Bought 2 bunches of oriental lily’s and other flowers for them to make a bouquet for my mother’s 90th. Went off to Woolies and came back to pick up… only one bunch of orientals was included! Always want to support locals but will never purchase from here again!

Flowers that were purchased did not even last 48hrs majority of the bunch had died and was rotten at the bottom of the stems. Would not recommend for the price that was payed for them
