My usual go to spot for oxtails but anything else is just awful. The employees are unprofessional n ghetto. U tell them something is wrong and they couldn't care less. All about supporting my ppl but we gotta do better at doing business. 😔😔😔😔😔
Not sure why I keep eating there. Oh yeah, it’s because I live close by and they deliver. I ordered recently. They keep messing up orders. And they never apologize. Their could use some customer training. I ordered fish and they sent me nasty chitlins! My house started stinking as soon as I opened the bag. Then I had to drive to them to get my food corrected. They should have at least reimbursed me or given my money back that I paid for delivery.

Food is ok but, the service sucks! Your food sit on the counter waiting for the slow staff to ring you up.. hire some more people mainly for a Saturday.. people don't want cold food.
Even though the food is good, the service is horrible. Today I placed an order and the young lady who took my order was rude for no reason. Go to pick my order u and she's complaining about the number of customers. The elder woman is rude and nasty EVERY time I go there. There's a number a soul food restaurants in Charlotte. I will patronize the restaurants who can at least treat their customers with common courtesy. They can't even be nice for the 5 minutes they have to spend with each customer. This was the worse customer experience ever. Even the manager when someone tells you that your workers are giving bad customer service you basically say you don’t care and that if you lose one customer more come. The food is not even that good for the attitudes you guys have. You clearly don’t care about providing good service. Your restaurant makes it bad for doing business with black owned business
