I forgot the girl’s name that I spoke with, but she had no people skills once so ever. Michael, I’ve worked with him for years and he’s definitely a business man and promotes good customer service. I don’t understand why his staff don’t hold the same standards. I called to give them some business, but that’s not gonna happen.

I just have to share that. I am very pleased to see that Mike, Aaron, and everyone in this office took care of me. This is my first time dealing with Sunset finance. However, there was no it was quick. It was easy got an answer back he made it happen, and I am so grateful for them if you need a loan and you have beginning credit, or even good credit go see Mike and the team at Sunset finance

Very rude disrepectful people. I called to make a payment and when I informed the lady I was busy at work and didn't want to have a conversation she thought it was cute to keep putting me on hold. It took me almost 30 mins to make a simple payment because she chose to play on the phone. I even told her to have a nice day and her responce was to hang up on me. Never do buisness with these childish people. They need to fire all of them and start over fresh.
