I wish I could put ZERO stars! Michelle the new manager is extremely rude, she doesn’t know how to speak with customers, I have been a customer there for 5 years with taxes and never have had an issue with any staff! I have never experienced such bad customer service before in my life! I would never expect someone in that position to be so hateful to a loyal customer who wants to get their taxes done! I will be calling home office, and be reporting to state level!
