Love living at sunset electric! Great location in the heart of capt hill! Also the leasing agent (Alina) is an absolute gem! Super sweet and will add a smile to your day.

I got approved and put a holding deposit down. Two days later, I asked for a cancellation. They didn't even get back to me - I had to call multiple times the following week. Then they said because I asked for it after 24 hours, I wouldn't get my $500 back.
