Extremely disappointed to get double booked and I get a call the day of New Year’s Eve morning telling me I can’t stay there because they had a reservation since November for same day. When I called over phone to booked originally not good customer service. I got refund but poor professionalism.
Comfy beds, nice shower, free street parking all around makes things easy. Communication from staff was easy. Not the most spacious spot if that's what you're looking for, but great price and location.
We stayed here for a quick trip to see an art show in the Golden Gate Park (easy walk to the De Young Museum), and it was an ideal stay. The host was very communicative and went out of his way to help us. I appreciated the water dispenser in the room. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and the shower pressure was great. Cleanliness wasn't an issue in the shared bathroom. It is in a very walkable area and is very close to bus and traincar stops.
