This is the third job we hired Steve and his team to work on. First it was for a kitchen remodel, then we had all three of our bathrooms remodeled. This time we had the basement finished, baseboards and casements throughout the house refinished, old wooden railings replaced with metal and new flooring laid in our family room. Our favorite feature is our fireplace wall that was covered in brick and looking pretty old. Steve and his Sunset Dream Home Team did a fantastic job on the addition they put on my home. I had a 30' X 16' deck off my master bedroom which was rarely used due to the summer heat as it faced the west. The team added a covered patio and a wonderful office/workout room. The estimate was accurate and the finished job on time and above our expectations!
