I hired Pat for garage repair on a rental property. He sorted out the details with the property manager and the insurance company. And Pat made the whole thing really simple and painless for me. I hired Pat to do some drywall and painting work. He did and excellent job and was very affordable. He came to my house and let me know what to expect from the insulation company as well as what he would be doing. I highly recommend Pat for any drywall work!

I hired Pat for my GC to do a build out for a beauty salon in Newport Beach. I received several quotes for the work, and decided to go with Pat because he had a great price, all of the other contractors were discussing the details and mentioning how they don't actually do any of the work. I just find it difficult to hire someone to manage a project when they won't actually be doing any of it (it will cost a lot more since they are basically acting as a middle man, and I don't think they can take as much pride in the work sin... read more

We recently remodeled the front of are Hotel and Breakfast room ,and hired Sunset Developers And Design to do the work . They did a fantastic job from start to finish .Pat was great to work with he was straight forward and up front about everything .We have a spa to build next to our Pool and will Definitely hire Sunset Developers And Design for this project .
