I had a very disappointing experience with Sunset Dentistry, starting from my very first appointment. I booked a deep cleaning and oral appliance consultation. They scheduled me last minute and only sent the treatment estimate and consent forms late the night before my appointment. I showed up without any prior understanding of the cost and was shocked by the pricing when I arrived. I've been looking for an office to invest my money in so I can get some dental work done. It has been a journey. What I can say about this office right now is there onboarding is phenomenal. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ivan. He listened to my story. He made me feel very comfortable. I don't think businesses understand that their front line is their main source, their first impression. Ivan you're great, keep doing what you're doing, I look forward to meeting you and the team you work with.
Dr. Morghem is so kind and knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable and welcome in her office and have had a great experience interacting with her, Ivan at the front desk, Olga, and dr’s staff. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
