Predatory sales practices (charges approximately twice whatever the market value of the machine would be) Charges excessively high prices to install. Whenever you do not give in to their inflated pricing they punish you by preventing you to access your own data and will not work with the next company. I was led to them via Synergy buying group for dentists. If you are using Synergy and trying to take advantage of the group sponsored IT company (Sunset), please think twice
