Bruce Yaseen was very helpful. The main circuit of the office was disconnected and he helped me through the process on how to make it work. It took us about 2 hours for this process as well for he was also improving my computer system so it can log into network. At the end everything worked including the x-ray system was also down. He was very great and very detailed in walking me through it. Excellent customer service. I rate him 5 STARS*****
Shane did above and beyond his normal "tech" functions, what I thought was impossible, Shane make it possible and it made an impact for us because it was needed in our practice.
