My Personal Experience with the IT Support was amazing, they are super fast & helpful, Specifically Auther.
Bruce Yaseen was very helpful. The main circuit of the office was disconnected and he helped me through the process on how to make it work. It took us about 2 hours for this process as well for he was also improving my computer system so it can log into network. At the end everything worked including the x-ray system was also down. He was very great and very detailed in walking me through it. Excellent customer service. I rate him 5 STARS*****
Shane did above and beyond his normal "tech" functions, what I thought was impossible, Shane make it possible and it made an impact for us because it was needed in our practice. I would always recommend Sunset to other practices and my friends and family too! Thank you all--but very special thanks to Shane.
