It’s great place to get teeth checked, however, so I am concerned about the quality of the check, as the checks are much quicker than the previous dentist I went to. This dental centre claims they follow the dental association guidelines for pricing but they are far off. Their pricing is almost 2x more than other dental centres and they are very unethical in a lot of ways. Always check your invoices to make sure you are not charged without consent. Dr.Liu’s skills are very limited so be prepared to visit other professionals like a dental surgeon and pay extra for every little procedure he will claim he is not skilled enough to do. My teeth whitening experience was unsuccessful. My teeth were not yellow, however, I just wanted to brighten my smile. I happily paid the fee and walked out the door looking no different. I was rebooked to fix the issue and again, no results. I sent an email and no response. The technician did not even confirm the end results with me. I’ll wait until my main dentist gets her teeth whitening machine. I feel so sad and less than a valued customer.
I had a very good experience with Dr Liu and his team. Dr Liu is very knowledgeable and professional. He is also very kind and patient. The clinic staff are very friendly and do the job efficiently. The clinic is so clean and organized. I highly recommend Sunset Dental.
