Had a maintenance issue that was resolved promptly and effiiciently! Great people, great work. Main office and on site staff have always been great and handled everything smoothly.
On site people are okay but dealing with the efburke main office.......they need some classes in "customer service". Watch for leaky cielings and dont expect them to be taken care of until Spring which in Western NY means May!!! You will not enjoy the sound of drip, drip, drip and the unsightly look to the wall and ceiling.

I wouldnt. Everything was always a hassle for me, and most staff was very nice--but the ones that arent really make things difficult for you. Headache central.
