We had purchased a fire wood rack and put it together incorrectly. We brought the rack down there and Mike was the greatest in Helping us fix the problem...Mike needs a raise!!!!!!

I used to live in SA and shop here frequently. Moved to the coast about 4 years ago & had to evacuate for Harvey with my aging parents, one of whom is dealing with chemo. My husband and I were dashing around town looking for flashlights because we forgot them leaving town & we ended up here. Sunset Ridge Hardware is a little gem in Alamo Heights. Need a key, they can do that. Wedding gift, they have them. Obscure kitchen gadget, maybe. The staff could be friendlier, but it is Alamo Heights. But it is a fun place to stroll around and find the thing you never knew you couldn't live without.
I absolutely love this store! They always have the best things especially seasonal. No other store like it!

This was my first time here I am a visitor from Florida. What a wonderful experience Very happy. Cleanest hardware store Very nice displays Great help. They were really interested in me. I only had keys made but I loved the store. Wish it were near me. All the best to them.
