Not coming back will transfer all my stuff out of this office. You guys have such low reviews and high turn over in doctors. So confusing not sure what is going on. It almost feels like nobody cares
Went here for a couple years. Idk why, but there's something 'off' here. I don't trust them. Like they're trying too f'n hard to get appointments. Seems borderline insurance fraudy to me. I don't trust the doctors. I don't trust the staff.
NP Hogan and her staff are a disorganized mess. Hogan does not takes notes during her appointments so prescriptions and referrals are never sent, sometimes INCORRECT medications have been filled, or you have to place numerous phone calls to remind them to fill an prescription. Hogan has also incorrectly instructed me to take a medication that has now been questioned by my pharmacist and an actual physician which prompted me to switch providers. This place has the least competent front desk and office staff in the city of Vegas. Now that Trinay is gone there is no reason to even step foot in this place as you will have to deal with the idiots up front
