John is the absolute BEST! His communication is perfect. We had a back up in our pipes from the bathroom in the back of the house through the front. John assessed the issue immediately and gave a quick, very reasonable quote to fix the problem on the spot. He was on time for the appointment and finished the job quickly. I’d give Sunset Cliffs Plumbing 10 stars if I could!!
John is absolutely fantastic and has gone out of his way to take care of my tenants several times. Once was an emergency where a shower valve broke and another was helping repair a valve for a washer that the was being delivered. Both times he has been extremely professional and always on time. Can recommend him enough to anyone that needs a trustworthy plumber!
The plumbing system of our older home had developed an insidious leak. John quickly isolated the cause and within a couple of hours, a pinhole leak was fixed. He also helped to identify some other non-plumbing issues in our crawl space that need correction. Five stars for great communication, prompt, friendly, and professional service.
John is the nicest, friendliest man! Explained what he needed to do right away and was attentive to being neat and clean - and fast! Would definitely call him again.
Really helpful and great at communication for booking an appointment, showed up on time. Was upfront about the issue that he may not be able to fix it, however he got it fixed smoothly. He even provided recommendations on how to avoid the issue in the future. Would definitely use again and recommend, thanks again John! Appreciate your upfront honesty about everything.
