I called on Monday morning. I needed some plumbing done in 2 cottages. He was able to come Monday. He did an excellent job. It was a little pricey but well worth it. I needed it done right away. I definitely recommend John and his crew. Thank you!

John provided excellent service and ongoing communication and assistance when the manufacturer didn't provide the proper part. He made contacts on our behalf, communicated throughout with us, and resolved the issue and repair as quickly as he was able. The entire family appreciated his professionalism and caring attitude. Sunset Cliffs Plumbing is the best. I had a fairly immediate issue with a kitchen drain. I live in a four story condo, which requires drain snakes to reach down to beyond ground level (a long way), and they did the job perfectly. It was a difficult job, but well done!

I made the mistake of clogging my drain, and with my own failed attempts to fix the problem, it was time to call in the experts. My husband called, and they didn't guarantee that they could come the same day, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called back about an opening a few hours later. I was working from home when Rory came. He was very respectful of our home and laid down a blanket so as not to scratch our floors and make a mess.
