My wife and I have bought two new vehicles from Sunset, largely because of the warranty for life. Both vehicles have oil consumption issues. When we tried to get these issues looked at both times they came back voiding our warranties, saying that we didn't do recommended services within the timeframe needed. Which is frustrating since we have followed all of the dealers recommendations for oil changes and other services. If they tell us something is due to get done, we have them do it.
