I went to the sunset car wash on wedensday 5.10.17. I am very disappointed with this car wash. I got the pro wash which is 29.95 and I had to turn around to have them wipe my dashboard. Yesterday I notice that they didn't even wipe down the plastic part in the back where you step on to get into the car. That is 30 dollars down the drain..
These folks ar fast , fabulous, friendly and do a great job to boot.
Really disappointed. Came in to have a single seat shampoo'd and my car washed. After sitting for an HOUR, I find out that they haven't shampoo'd my seat yet because other cars kept coming for washes. Apparently my money isn't the same as everyone else's. I'm disappointed because I wanted to be able to patronize a business close to my own, but I don't believe I'll be coming back.
Not good at all. They left their drink in my car. Windows and floor still dirty. This was my second visit. The first was not good either but I try to give second chances. Plus no apologies... :(
Always a friendly staff and they do a great job. Very economical.
I am so glad my wife found Sunset car wash. They do a great job and they are far superior to Franks car wash in every way! The cleaning job is superior, the price is FAR SUPERIOR, they are honest, and the people are actually NICE! Imagine that. One of the guys, Chris, found a $5.00 bill between my seats that fell out of my pocket, he personally brought it to me and said I Found this in your truck and didn't want you to miss it! 5 stars bc of all the genuine smiles and one of them went WAY out of their way just to help me out w my car and wanted nothing in return! Not many ppl in this world like that!
